Shamal Plastic Industries LLC was founded in the year 2001 in the Sultanate of Oman. Backed by renowned names in the industry like Ominvest, Sumitomo Corporation, Japan, Said Salem Al Wahaibi Group (Assarain) & Mohsin Haider Darwish Llc (MHD), the organization enjoys great financial strength and optimum alignment of operations vis a vis industry requirement.
The manufacturing facility is located in Sohar, the well-connected industrial hub of Sultanate of Oman, inside the Sohar Industrial Estate. Apart from other benefits Sohar enjoys, its equal proximity to Dubai and Muscat which are both about 2 hours’ drive away by road, which gives it excellent accessibility.
Equipped with three state of the art Italian Omipa extrusion lines, offers a wide variety of thermoplastic sheets conforming to international standards. Our highly skilled and experienced staff ensures that all our products maintain the highest levels of quality at all times and orders are executed on schedule, each time.
Our product portfolio includes sheets made from Polycarbonate, Acrylic, SAN & ABS in various thickness, colors and surface designs. Apart from standard sizes, we welcome good orders in custom sizes and thickness. Over the years, Shamal Plastic Industries Llc has developed into one of the largest manufacturers of various polymer sheets with a combined capacity of over 25000 metric tons per year.

Our Location
We are located in Sohar, Oman, with a sales office in UK for our European sales activity. Our location offers excellent accessibility through the Sohar seaport and airport, ensuring seamless service for our global customers.

Our three state-of-the-art Italian "OMIPA" Extrusion Lines, Profile Sheet Machine, and Thermoforming Machine allow us to offer a wide variety of thermoplastic sheets and products.
