Cooling Tower & associated Equipment – Detailed Design

The project involves providing detailed engineering support for a seawater-based cooling tower system.
The system is designed to ensure efficient heat rejection using cooling towers, circulation pumps, and plate heat exchangers integrated within the plant.
Elixir is responsible for delivering detailed multi-disciplinary engineering for both scopes, ensuring proper coordination and integration. The work includes process design (PFDs, P&IDs, hydraulics), mechanical design of key equipment, piping layouts and stress analysis, as well as electrical and instrumentation engineering. The cooling tower system utilizes seawater circulation to remove process heat and maintain operational efficiency.
