One of the most important challenges facing us in the Operation and Transportation department is the daily variables of customer demands and how they are accomplished on time and in the optimal manner through continuous work for 24/7. Operation is one of the most important challenges that we face in the department, through which a series of procedures are carried out, the first of which is the receipt of the order and the last of which is the delivery of the invoice to the customer. These procedures are carried out through a system designed by the company to facilitate the process of tracking all customers for the best performance and production in the department.
Transportation is the mainstay of the company’s logistical operations, as the company’s fleet has been developed to suit the high volume of sales according to the latest regulations for environmental health and traffic safety. All trucks and quantities are monitored by tracking devices. The company owns special trucks designed for high mountainous areas and sandy desert areas of different sizes where the company has More than 13 types of truck sizes, and the company has more than 74 trucks.
