Al Haditha has tremendous capabilities, resources, and experiences in construction activities where detailed design and engineering plans are provided by the clients. Those activities include:<\/p>\n

  • Designing & constructing new pipeline distribution systems, which interconnect wellheads, satellites and central processing facilities throughout the concessions. These activities include installation of new pipeline systems and group gathering pipelines (oil, water and gas), hydro test, NDT, scaffolding access, insulation, pump alignment, and hot taps. AHPS has so far constructed more than 3000 KMs of pipelines in diameters of 4\u201d, 6\u201d to 16\u201d.<\/li>\n
  • Cutting, fabricating and welding wellhead location piping, interconnecting piping for vessels, multipart oil &amp; gas facility piping works.<\/li>\n
  • Activities associated with the replacement, pre-commissioning and commissioning of the Integrity flow-lines, hook-ups and utilities support (electrical, instrumentation).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Various materials combinations are used such as carbon steel, carbon steel with PE lining, carbon steel with internal coating, and carbon steel using Positive Seal Couplings (PSC) system.<\/li>\n
      • Hydro testing of Pipelines.<\/li>\n
      • Industrial grit blasting, coating, and spray painting associated with both underground, and above ground pipelines.<\/li>\n
      • Excavation, sand padding, and backfilling, of buried pipelines.<\/li>\n
