1. Engineering, Procurement, & Construction (EPC)
Multi-disciplinary Work
Al Haditha has tremendous capabilities, resources, and experiences in construction activities where detailed design and engineering plans are provided by the clients. Those activities include:
- Designing & constructing new pipeline distribution systems, which interconnect wellheads, satellites and central processing facilities throughout the concessions. These activities include installation of new pipeline systems and group gathering pipelines (oil, water and gas), hydro test, NDT, scaffolding access, insulation, pump alignment, and hot taps. AHPS has so far constructed more than 3000 KMs of pipelines in diameters of 4”, 6” to 16”.
- Cutting, fabricating and welding wellhead location piping, interconnecting piping for vessels, multipart oil & gas facility piping works.
- Activities associated with the replacement, pre-commissioning and commissioning of the Integrity flow-lines, hook-ups and utilities support (electrical, instrumentation).
2. Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, & Instrumentation
- Flow Line:
- Leak repairs by clamping, replacement of headers, Integrity flow lines.
- Repairing oil and gas producers, gas lift lines, water injection lines, water supply lines, water disposal lines, high pressure and high H2S flow lines.
- Various materials combinations are used such as carbon steel, carbon steel with PE lining, carbon steel with internal coating, and carbon steel using Positive Seal Couplings (PSC) system.
- Hydro testing of Pipelines.
- Industrial grit blasting, coating, and spray painting associated with both underground, and above ground pipelines.
- Excavation, sand padding, and backfilling, of buried pipelines.
- Provision of specialist personnel, equipment, and materials as requested by the client.
- Rig Location Preparation: Preparation: Performing construction activities associated with the rig locations, access roads and associated works.
- OHL Activities: All activities related to the Over Head Line, not limited to Pole Erection, stringing, tie-in and commissioning and associated works.
- Other Services: Services: Including provision of all necessary plant, equipment, scaffolding and hands tools, management support, training, logistics, work planning, interface management with Clients and other Contractors. Likewise, we provide third-party services and Material supply as requested by clients.

Diversifying into new industry sectors and markets can help organizations sustain and protect themselves against continued oil and gas fluctuations. AHPS focuses on diversifying its operations into various fields within the company such as production, manufacturing, and trading. One of the examples of diversification within our company is our immense batching plant that was introduced for diversification purposes, another example is our Sewage Treatment Plan (STP). Both were constructed to minimize operational costs, and to boost profitability in the long-run.

1.Local Community Contractor Development “LCC”
AHPS is committed to delivering a long term economic and social benefits for Local Community Contractors (LCC). Our sub-contracting processes encourage the participation of the local community, boost both the workforce development and social investment. They also allow us to deliver commercial benefits for our business while supporting and developing our local communities simultaneously. AHPS has successfully affiliated with more than 80 LCCs, primarily involving communities from the northern concession areas. Over the past four years, the company contracted, managed and executed sub-contracting projects worth more than US$ 20 million. With the support of sub-contractors and LCC companies, our overall resource capacity exceeded 2500 employees.
2.Omani Workforce Development “Omanization”
AHPS ensures to recruit Omani employees and to develop them to gradually move on the ladder after gaining the experience to take higher roles.
